• Manage : This is our Premium level of support is designed for small through to large enterprises with a high reliance on IT infrastructure or for businesses looking to outsource their internal IT Support department.  Our premium support includes all the benefits of our Intellicare Managed Services Agreement plus gives you unlimited access to a certified senior consultant who will help build an IT strategy that enhances your business strategy.  The senior consultant will manage your IT support operation on a day to day basis.
