Over the past 3 years, JCRIT has provided Burleigh Heads Medical Center with a Service Level Agreement for complete hardware, software and preventative services. "The Service Level Agreement has included: 1) Hardware purchase recommendations for server and workstations. 2) Preventative maintenance, security and daily back-up inspections for the above hardware.
